The “Chivalric Week” at Castel Coira, in Val Venosta, takes place at the end of August and it’s an entertaining way to “introduce” the Medieval history to them...in a certain sense, a trip to Castel Coira can be included in Italy cultural holidays! In December, at Saint Nicholas Day, children await the presents brought by the saint and if they’ve been bad, they’ll tremble while thinking about the “Krampus” (devils)!
